Perlis Solar Collaboration: Bluetree ​Ventures, YTL Power, and State ​Partnership in CVIA

Bluetree Ventures is in the initial stages ​of a significant renewable energy project ​in the Chuping Valley Industrial Area ​(CVIA) in Perlis. We have secured a 337-​acre 21-year land lease and established a ​partnership with YTL Power International ​Berhad to develop a 150 MWac solar ​power plant.

This project involves a substantial ​investment aimed at boosting Perlis' ​renewable energy sector. Bluetree ​Ventures will hold equity in the project, ​working closely with the state ​government to ensure sustainable energy ​development and economic growth in the ​region.

Kelantan Solar Initiative: Bluetree ​Ventures, YTL Power, and State ​Collaboration

Bluetree Ventures is ​spearheading Kelantan's renewable ​energy drive, partnering with the state to ​attract investments. With the state ​actively seeking energy sector ​investments, we've joined forces with YTL ​Power International Berhad to expand ​renewable energy presence.

Together, we've secured 339 acres ​capable of generating 100 MWac. This ​entails a substantial investment, ​demonstrating our commitment to ​Kelantan's renewable energy future. ​Bluetree Ventures works with the state to ​ensure project success and foster ​sustainable growth in Kelantan. As part of ​our commitment, Bluetree Ventures will ​hold equity in this project, driving ​Kelantan's transition to sustainable ​energy.

Transformative Digital Initiative: MAIP’s ​Collaboration with Millennium Radius

Recognizing an opportunity to support MAIPs' ​digital transformation, Bluetree Ventures ​identified Millennium Radius as a key partner and ​provided crucial support in proposal ​development and project strategy to facilitate ​the successful acquisition of the project. The ​initiative aims to modernize MAIPs’ services over ​a multi-year period through the development of ​the Sistem Perkhidmatan Maklumat MAIPs ​(SPMMPs), an integrated system designed to ​replace the existing one. SPMMPs will ​streamline access for zakat payers, waqf ​contributors, agencies, and beneficiaries, ​enhancing service delivery and operational ​efficiency.

The project encompasses Core System, E-​Services, Support System, Portal Development, ​Cloud Environment, Change Management, and ​Maintenance, including business and system ​requirements, customization, module ​development, testing, and user training. ​Managed services will ensure ongoing support ​and system updates. This collaboration is ​intended to improve the efficiency and ​accessibility of MAIPs' operations, aligning with ​the Perlis Go Digital initiative and supporting ​MAIPs' mission of serving the community in the ​digital age.

Digital Towerco Transformation Project ​for Konsortium Jaringan Selangor

Konsortium Jaringan Selangor Sdn Bhd ​(KJS) partners with Softbox Sdn Bhd for ​the Digital Towerco Transformation ​Project, structured by Bluetree Ventures ​Sdn Bhd.

This initiative aims to redefine KJS's role in ​the telecom sector by enhancing ​operational efficiencies, maximizing ​portfolio value, and introducing innovative ​revenue streams to meet the escalating ​demand for 5G infrastructure and data-​intensive applications. Leveraging cutting-​edge digital platforms and advanced ​portfolio management tools, KJS focuses ​on optimizing asset management ​processes and ensuring robust ​performance.

The collaboration with Softbox aims to ​drive sustainable growth and deliver ​exceptional value to stakeholders, ​positioning KJS at the forefront of ​towerco operations in the evolving ​telecom landscape.

Strategic Alliance: Bluetree Ventures ​Partners with Konsortium Jaringan ​Selangor (KJS) for Telco Tower Land ​Acquisition

Bluetree Ventures Sdn Bhd embarked on ​a collaborative project with Konsortium ​Jaringan Selangor Sdn Bhd (KJS), aimed at ​advancing telecommunications ​infrastructure in Selangor. As part of this ​initiative, we are spearheading the ​sourcing and securing of prime land for ​telco tower installations.

Leveraging our specialized expertise, we ​meticulously conduct site surveys, ​navigate permitting processes, and ​engage with local authorities to ensure ​compliance with regulatory standards. ​Our dedicated team works hand in hand ​with KJS to identify optimal locations, ​streamline acquisition procedures, and ​facilitate seamless project execution.

Bluetree Lestari Sdn Bhd: 72 KW Solar ​Installation at Menteri Besar Kedah ​Residence under NEM Scheme

Bluetree Ventures' subsidiary, Bluetree Lestari ​Sdn Bhd, a joint venture with Sunview Berhad, ​has executed the installation and operation of a ​72 KW solar power system at the official ​residence of the Menteri Besar Kedah.

Utilizing the Net Energy Metering (NEM) ​scheme by Suruhanjaya Tenaga, this project ​represents a significant stride towards ​renewable energy adoption in Kedah.

The initiative not only highlights the ​commitment to environmental sustainability but ​also exemplifies the potential of public-private ​partnerships in advancing Malaysia's transition ​to cleaner energy practices.

By harnessing solar power and enabling the ​sale of excess electricity back to the grid, this ​project sets a precedent for effective ​collaboration in promoting sustainable energy ​solutions.

Collaborative Energy Efficiency Project ​with Renuv

Bluetree Ventures has strategically partnered with Renuv Holdings’ subsidiary, Awana Eco Chill Cooling System Sdn. Bhd., to advance initiatives in the energy efficiency sector.

Our first project, currently gearing up for the proof of concept stage, employs innovative hybrid air cooling technology designed to significantly reduce electricity costs.

This collaboration underscores our commitment to pioneering energy solutions that optimize consumption and promote substantial cost savings across various sectors.

Next-Gen Logistics Hub: Mega ​Warehouse in Bukit Raja

A cutting-edge mega warehouse is being ​constructed at Bukit Raja, Klang. Bluetree ​Ventures Sdn Bhd partners with leading ​planners and collaborates closely with ​our clients to offer a pioneering service ​aimed at optimizing the conversion of ​agricultural land to industrial status in ​Malaysia.

We specialize in ensuring a cost-efficient ​process, even in scenarios involving ​premium payments to the state. By ​strategically designing the land layout in ​collaboration with planners before ​conversion, we minimize unnecessary ​expenses and streamline the regulatory ​process.

This two-storey, 1.4-million square-foot ​warehouse, equipped with state-of-the-​art hi-tech logistics capabilities including ​cloud infrastructure, is poised to become ​one of Malaysia's largest logistics hubs.

Maxis USP Portal 750 Sites ​Development Project

The USP Portal Development Project for ​Maxis Berhad was successfully completed ​with maintenance services extended for ​several years. Enabled by Bluetree Ventures ​Sdn Bhd, the project continued under ​contracts with Red Tone Sdn Bhd and Nera ​Sdn Bhd, extending involvement further.

This landmark project included the ​development and maintenance of 750 sites. ​Content for 500 USP5 and 250 CSKC ​websites was managed, regular updates ​were implemented, and a robust Content ​Management System (CMS) tailored for ​CSKC websites was provided.

Comprehensive hosting services ensured ​seamless access and optimal performance ​for all sites. Additionally, 18 bi-monthly issues ​of the Aspirasi Digital Bulletin were published ​over three years, and the Aspirasi Digital ​Portal was maintained for five years, ​showcasing expertise in scalable web ​development, content management ​solutions, and digital communication ​strategies that enhance operational ​efficiency and digital presence.

Comprehensive Build Design Transfer ​and Infrastructure Development Project ​for UniMAP

Bluetree Ventures Sdn Bhd played a crucial ​role in connecting Softbox Sdn Bhd with i-​Swift Sdn Bhd for the comprehensive build ​design transfer project for Universiti Malaysia ​Perlis (UniMAP). From the inception of the ​main campus development, Softbox Sdn Bhd ​undertook significant responsibilities in ​establishing a robust network infrastructure.

This included structured cabling, fiber optics ​deployment, installation of network ​equipment, PABX systems, CCTV systems, ​door access solutions, and development of a ​data center tailored specifically for UniMAP. ​Additionally, Softbox implemented a ​microwave network using dishes to connect ​the distributed campuses of UniMAP, ​ensuring seamless communication across all ​locations.

The project spanned multiple phases and ​was executed with meticulous attention to ​detail and operational readiness at every ​milestone. An extensive maintenance ​contract covering all implemented systems ​and infrastructure guaranteed sustained ​performance and reliability.

Exinda Bandwidth Management Project ​for Telekom Malaysia Berhad

Bluetree Ventures Sdn Bhd played a crucial ​role in the Exinda Bandwidth Management ​Project for Telekom Malaysia Berhad, a wholly ​owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad ​and the official network provider for the e-​Government. Over a five-year period, Bluetree ​facilitated the project, which was fronted by ​Softbox Sdn Bhd as the primary contractor.

This comprehensive initiative involved ​supplying, delivering, installing, testing, ​commissioning, and providing post-acceptance ​maintenance and support services for Exinda ​equipment. The equipment was custom-​designed and rigorously tested to meet high-​performance standards, with prompt invoicing ​and payments managed throughout the ​contract. Bluetree’s strategic support ensured ​the efficient utilization of local resources, ​aligning with Telekom's economic goals.
